The CONNECTIONS retreat provides a safe and welcoming space, set in nature where like minded people can come together , disconnect and disengage from distractions, engage and explore connections to sustainable meaning and happiness. You will be curious about meaning and likely be striving to contribute towards a better world. You will leave with renewed inspiration and practice to continue your life’s journey.

Why are you here?
Life is a journey, it can be busy and exhausting: you can feel lost and disconnected. The retreat is an opportunity to join with like minded travellers, people who are curious, open, interested in their personal development and hoping to contribute towards a better world. We invite you to set an intention, be nurtured and lean in.
What to Expect
A great venue, set in nature with a fire in winter and a fire pit in summer.
Space for coming together, spaces to find peace and quiet.
Fabulous, healthy food that reflects seasonal availability.
Forest bathing, Yoga/Tai Chi/Movement, Meditation, Mindfulness, Conversation and fun!
An exploration of self, self-compassion and the sources of sustainable happiness.

Sample Itinerary
Friday
3pm. Arrival, welcome, settling in and explore the house and gardens. Afternoon tea is served.
6pm. Fireside chat, welcome and intention setting. Meet the group and your facilitators, share goals, hopes and dreams for the weekend, surrender your phone!
7pm. Bread baking (learn to make overnight, sour dough style bread)
7:30. Dinner is Served.
9pm. Evening walk to find owls, stars and inspiration.
Saturday
7am. Cacao ceremony, gratitude and intentionality. Bread shaping!
8am. Movement and Mindfulness. Yoga informed movement with meditation on mindfulness and compassion. Bread goes in the oven!
9am. Breakfast is served, with fresh baked bread.
10am. Self Compassion Workshop.
11am. Depart for Forest Bathing and walk, Mindfulness and Conversation!
1pm. Lunch.
2pm. Reflection, Exploration, Creativity Workshop.
5pm. Mindfulness and Gratitude Practice
6pm. Fireside chat, sharing and overcoming obstacles.
7:30. Dinner is Served.
9:30. Fire ceremony (naming and casting our obstacles into the fire)
Sunday
7am. Cacao ceremony, gratitude and intentionality. Bread shaping!
8am. Movement and Mindfulness. Yoga informed movement with meditation on mindfulness and compassion. Bread goes in the oven!
9am. Breakfast is served, with fresh baked bread
10am. Commitment to Action Workshop.
11am. Farewell, until the next time.
Follow up. Included in the price of your retreat is a 30 minute mindfulness counselling session. Timings will be arranged over the weekend.
