Most of us need support at some point on our journey. It may be that you have decisions or frustrations that coaching could help with or you may have established upset or trauma that is holding you back and counselling could help with that. It could also be that you are in a great place and you just need someone to share with, someone who can empathise and provide a safe and encouraging space to experiment and grow.

Adrian Pagdin

Adrian is a BACP counselling informed coach and wellness therapist.
“My approach is very much person centred. I believe that every one of us has the power and the possibility to achieve and sustain happiness, health and purpose. I use counselling techniques to create a safe space in which you can explore the barriers that stand in your way and the connections that enable and empower.”
Adrian operates from his home in Berkshire but also offers walking therapy, combining traditional forest bathing therapy with modern counselling techniques.
Adrian curates the retreats, leads on self compassion and holds the space for personal and group development. He also designs and delivers training on neurodiversity, happiness, meaning and growth. (oh, he bakes bread as well!).
Sophie Ruffer

Sophie is a physiotherapist and a trained yoga instructor. She specialises in movement and growth, this is informed by her strong beliefs and practice on the power of the human spirit and commitment to personal development.
She runs her own business, The Good Therapy Group, providing home-based physiotherapy to older patients in the Worthing area.
Sophie leads on movement including yoga at the retreats. She also informs creativity activities and fitness. (she is also an amazing cook, which she manages to fit in while managing her own business, family and two horses!)
Danny Sweeney
Danny is a freelance consultant, facilitator and coach. His work with people is led by a desire to adress beliefs and values and to lead towards empowerment and sustainable practices. Danny and Adrian worked together curating and delivering personal development programmes for the AIG group.
Danny is a fell runner, an explorer and has led training beyond the classroom for many years.
Danny brings compassion, patience and insights to the retreats, leading on personal and group development as well as curating corporate retreats.
