A glorious celebration of colour and of regeneration as nature prepares for winter, we will explore how to prepare ourselves with resilience, mindfulness and sustainable connections and practice
We will enjoy the bounty of the season, with heartening soups, salads, slow cooking and of course, apples. There will be opportunities to chop, prepare, cook and season and of course, as always, to bake bread with our cooks and your fellow guests / cohort / friends.
