Trees in blossom, longer days, warmth. A walk through the woods to bathe all our senses, meditation to the sound of birds and nature, setting intentions and sharing plans for the warm months ahead.
We will enjoy the bounty of the season, Asparagus, Broccoli, fresh herbs, Carrots and Greens served in salads and soups and dips. There will be opportunities to chop, prepare, cook and season and of course, as always, to bake bread with our cooks and your fellow guests / cohort / friends.
